Nirova harnesses the data generated by our NIR sensors to deliver advanced analytics and predictive digester health indicators in real-time.
Biogas systems involve constantly changing biological and chemical processes that are difficult to interpret without the right tools. Nirova is designed to capture, process, and translate this complexity into clear, actionable intelligence.
Nirova uses industrial grade near-infrared (NIR) sensors installed on the influent and effluent of a digester to characterize and understand what is entering and leaving the digester. This “in” and “out” information allows us to understand how the digester itself is performing and the health of the overall system.
Our platform captures the spectral output of the NIR sensors and uses our proprietary algorithms to convert these waveforms into meaningful process measurements.
Nirova goes beyond real-time monitoring by displaying system health indicators that are proven leading indicators of system instability, even up to two weeks in advance.
With predictive insight and automated alerting, operators can:
Nirova’s sensors are delivered to site pre-assembled in a flange assembly for easy, fast installation. After the initial calibration testing is completed to dial our algorithms into the facility’s feedstocks. Only periodic calibrations are required afterward to ensure long-term accuracy.
Nirova connects data collection, analysis, alerts, and operator action into a continuous improvement cycle. Real-time monitoring, advanced analytics, and predictive system health indicators work together to help operators improve and sustain performance over time.
By turning complex data into clear insight, Nirova enables a shift from reactive management to proactive, optimized operation.
